What if a customer wants to add something after I’ve already submitted my order?

If your order has not yet been invoiced, you can place another order for the additional products. They will be merged at invoicing time. If you're unsure whether you can still place an order for that campaign, check with your Sales Leader or Avon support.

Once an order has been invoiced, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can I save some of my orders and submit it later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Avon rep website allows you to save partial orders. You can login at a later stage in the same campaign to add further product codes and submit the order. These are called pending orders. Pending orders are automatically discarded at the end of the campaign.

What if I enter the wrong product code?

Accepted Answer

Always check the product description and quantity before submitting your order. If you notice the mistake while you're still building the order, correct it before you submit. If you've already submitted it, don't assume you can change it later. You may need to return the unwanted product.

What if a product my customer wants isn't available?

Accepted Answer

Don't automatically substitute a different product. Check the current product information and availability first, then let your customer know what options are available. If the product isn't available for the campaign, you can discuss an alternative with your customer before placing the order.

Question 5

How do I know my order has successfully been placed?

Accepted Answer

Your order is successfully placed when you see the "your order has been submitted" page. You can also view submitted orders under the "order tracking". These are all indicators that your order has been submitted. They are also followed by SMS notifications to the number on your profile. These actions usually occur within an hour of submitting your order. If you have not received any of the above, it's best to check as your order may still be pending.

Yes, Avon representatives have multiple ordering options, including the Avon ON app, and SMS ordering.
