Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Team Diamonds ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://teamdiamonds.co.za. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and small pieces of code that run in your browser. They can be used to make a website work, to keep it secure, to remember preferences or to track visitors.

2. Our approach

We keep cookies to a minimum. This website does not use advertising, marketing, social media tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share information about your browsing.

Because we only use technologies that are strictly necessary for the website to work securely, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

3. Cookies and technologies we use

Strictly necessary

  • Spam and bot protection: the application form includes a security check from a trusted security provider. It may use cookies or similar technologies to tell people and automated bots apart. It does not track you across other websites.
  • Website security and delivery: our website is delivered through a secure hosting network, which may set a security cookie to protect the website against malicious traffic.
  • Administrator sign-in: people who review applications sign in to a protected area of the website. A sign-in cookie is set only for those authorised reviewers. It is never set for visitors.

Not used

  • Analytics or statistics cookies
  • Advertising or remarketing cookies
  • Social media cookies or tracking pixels

4. Third-party websites

Our website links to other websites and services, such as the Avon brochure, the Avon online store, the Pay@ payment portal and WhatsApp. When you follow these links, the other website's own cookie and privacy policies apply.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website working – for example, the security check on the application form.

6. Changes to this policy

If we start using any other type of cookie – for example, analytics to understand how visitors use the website – we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting those cookies.
