All Avon orders for the current campaign must be submitted by 6pm on the last day of the month.

How much does Avon charge for delivery?

All Avon orders are delivered free of charge to Avon Reps. Customers ordering directly on the online store or online brochure can get free delivery on qualifying orders.

Why should I order online instead of directly with an Avon Rep?

Accepted Answer

While you're always welcome to order from your favourite Avon Rep for that personal touch, orders generally take slightly longer to arrive while they gather all their customers' orders to place. Most Reps will have their own ordering schedule, usually around the first and last weeks of the month.

Ordering online means you get delivery to your door, with a much shorter waiting period, as well as an easy returns process if you're not happy with your order. Either way, you're still supporting an Avon Rep with your order.

When will my order from the September 2025 Avon brochure arrive?

Accepted Answer

All Avon orders are delivered to Reps in 3-5 working days from the invoice date. If pre-payment is required, the order will be invoiced once the payment is reflecting in the Avon account.
