You trust Avon Justine with your personal data, and we promise to keep those safe and use them only for the purpose you shared with us. Please read our privacy policy on our website.

CODE OF CONDUCT
At Avon Justine we are committed to following the highest ethical standards and we expect the same from you. See our Code of Conduct on our website. We undertake to adhere to all applicable legislation.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We will send you a notice when an order was accepted. You can pay through a number of payment channels and we will let you know what those are.

DELIVERY
We deliver the products either to your home or to different pick-up points, even for free. Please check our delivery options when you place your order online.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEE
You like the products you keep them, but you can also decide to return them. Please check our return and guarantee policy on our website.

YOUR INCOME
You will earn a discount on our brochure price. The higher your order value, the higher your discount.
You can also become a Sales Leader and earn income through recruiting other Representatives.
We will provide all the details about your earning opportunities to you.

OUR BRAND
Avon Justine is a well-known and trusted brand world-wide and you will benefit from its good reputation as well. In order to keep it this way we need you to follow our brand rules, which you can find on our website.

CONSENT TO ACCESS CREDIT RECORD AND PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made in advance. You may however qualify for payment terms. You consent to Avon Justine accessing your credit records to determine your credit limit. If we granted payment terms, please make sure that you pay your account on time. We will not accept any orders until you pay.
We will also provide your details to a credit bureau and charge interest or a penalty. You will be responsible for our costs if we have to collect payment from you. You can find more details about extended payment options on our website or when you order.

GENERAL
You are appointed as an independent sales representative, and not an employee or agent
of Avon Justine. This agreement will continue until either of us cancels it. We can amend this agreement at any time, unilaterally, and we will publish the new terms on our website. If you place an order and accept the new terms, we will assume that you agreed thereto.
