You may have seen the word “impersonation” being used quite a lot lately.  What it means is that head office is turning off the ability for leaders to access their reps accounts to place orders.  Phase 1 has already been implemented to prevent access to only new reps accounts, but phase 2 is due to be implemented shortly, preventing access to ALL reps accounts.

Why is this being done? 
Previously reps relied heavily on leaders to place orders, often meaning mistakes with orders or even sometimes orders not being placed at all.  Some reps were also of the mistaken opinion that orders are meant to be sent to your leader, and this has never been the case. 

What does this mean for you?

• More control – You are able to place your own orders at the time most convenient for you. 
• See exactly what’s going into your order with no surprises when your box arrives.
• Make your own decisions about any out of stock or discontinued items using the product stock indicator buttons.
